Hi everyone. Today we’re going to be talking about the Pentel Fude Touch. So, the Pentel Fude Touch recently grew from 24 colors to 30. The six new scenic colors are two oranges: a pale orange and a coral orange, two greens: an emerald green and a lime green, an additional purple: violet, and another brown: dark brown.

So, probably the question most people have is, “Are these colors really different from the existing 24?” and “What might the new colors best compare to?” So, we’re going to mainly be doing a Pentel Fude Touch swatching video just to show you the color differences. And I am happy to say that from what I’ve been able to tell, these are definitely six unique colors that have been added. So, let me get this adjusted here so you can kind of see. [Music] There. And then we are going to start off by showing you these six new colors. So, we have the pale orange, the coral orange, the emerald green, the lime green, the violet, and the dark brown.

Probably the coral orange is my favorite of all of the new colors. And these are meant to be scenic colors—colors you might be able to make some nice nature-inspired art with, or if you were going to do like a floral garden kind of theme or image, they’re really nice colors to add for that.

Okay, so now for some color comparison that I think will be useful. So, the pale orange, the colors I think you would be able to sort of like closest compare it to would be the pale brown, your orange, and maybe, you know, it’s worth showing you the pale pink next to them all. So, we’ll do that. So, again, you’ve got your your pale orange there, and what we’ll do is next to it we’ll do the orange, and it’s kind of nice because you’re going to be able to see the orange next to your coral orange, so you get that comparison too. And you can see so far, completely unique colors. I’m going to put the pale pink back over here. Another completely unique color for the lineup. Nothing’s, you know, even remotely similar at this point. And then the pale brown. Now, I will put, I’ll be doing the pale brown in a couple different places, but this is a nice beige color. Might be the closest thing to your pale orange. I’m going to put it right here. But so they all work really nicely together, but very unique colors.

So, when it comes to the coral orange, there really isn’t much I would add to swatch next to this one. You know, I think you can compare it here to the pale pink. You can compare it to these other oranges and pale brown, maybe just for so you can get a sense of depth. I’ll put the the red over here. You know, just a bright red. So, again, no repeated colors really. And we’ll move on then to the emerald green. So, the emerald green, I would say like the one I immediately wanted to swatch would be the turquoise green. And so I’ll do that here, and you can see it’s a much deeper color with more shade or black versus the lighter emerald green.

So, just with this lineup, I think they've done an amazing job of, you know, really very different colors. I could not be more pleased with it.

So, moving on here to the lime green, I think we'd naturally want to swatch the light green with it. So, I'll do that here, and you know, this one I would say has maybe more yellow than the lime green, whereas the light green has more of a grassy green, less yellow. And then you can see it, you know, here next to the turquoise green and the emerald green, the new emerald green. If you start to lose track, I will just remind you, this row here are all of our new colors, and I'm putting existing ones nearby that, you know, you might want to see the difference. So, if you start to get confused, just remember, this is our new six-color lineup here, those Scenic colors. Okay. Now, I think what I'll do, even though it is just, it's different, but you might be wondering, I will put the green, like just the standard green, I'll put that here.

So, another very different green, and why don't I add the olive here, and we've already done the turquoise, so we don't need to do that again, but that gives you an idea of all those greens. Now, what I might do here is swatch the yellow because maybe you'd like to see that next to that new lime green. So, there you have that. See, have we missed anything so far? I do not think so. I think this is just really giving you an idea of how great of a job they've done with this color range.

So, moving on to our light violet, I thought surely, surely this was not going to be that different from the blue violet or maybe even the violet or the pink purple. But let me show you how they're all very unique because it's quite exciting, really, how they've managed to do this. So, why don't I put your pink purple here, and then we'll do the blue violet, which I would have expected to be the most similar, but you can see your light violet has more violet in it, your blue violet definitely has more blue. And then I'll leave, I'll do the blue gray or the, sorry, the gray blue here, and we'll just do the straight-up violet as well, just because I'm sure you'd like to see that. I actually, I'll put it over here. Okay, so you can see all the different shades of purple. So, if you are a fan of purples, violets, you have a lot of really gorgeous options in this lineup.

And then finally, let's do some comparisons with the dark brown. So, what I'd like to do here is, I think it's only natural, you know, to put the brown and the light brown right next to it. So, you've got your light brown up here, but I'll swatch it again nearby. And then you're just in case you're curious, the this one's called the yellow ochre, and so that kind of goes in that same genre there. Okay, so this is your regular brown. Now, you can see the brown is going to have more orange or, in other words, more red and yellow in it than the dark brown. The dark brown has more shade or more black. It's the dark brown is more like, I would say, a black brown. So, two very nice browns, both very different. One more time, I will put this light brown, this which is really a very pretty beige, and I think it looks so pretty with some of these other colors here, the, I think it looks amazing with the pale pink, with the pale orange, with this gorgeous coral orange. It's just a really nice color. And then finally, let's put this yellow ochre here. Guess I'll just put it here, so you can see it definitely has more yellow in it.

So, there are a couple colors that wouldn't have been swatched in this comparison necessarily, but they're far enough, you know, they're different enough that I don't know how worth it it would be. But maybe I'll just quickly, I don't know for fun, why not? Which one is this one? Oh, this one is light gray, and it is swatched right next to the the gray blue, yes, 'cause that's the blue violet. So, you can just kind of see the how it gets grayer basically. Let's see what else, I mean, we could put the gray and the black, but they're just, you know, the remaining ones are just different enough that it's not really probably going to be that big of a wonderment, put our that's our blue and our blue black, these here. We'll just finish this off, so that everyone gets the idea. I think I already did the gray, didn't I? Yeah, yep, don't need to do that one again. So, at this point, I don't even know what got left out. Let's see, maybe a couple pinks and a couple blues, might as well just show you the rest of the pities. But yeah, it's quite impressive and exciting how they have been able to do so many, you know, different amazing colors with this lineup and really not repeat any color too closely, and it's just such a nice range. So, I think that is going to be enough of swatching for you to get an idea there, but of course, if you think of a comparison that I missed here, it's totally possible, let me know, and I'll try to help you out. Okay, everyone have a great rest of your day, and I will talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
