Tokyo Pen Shop orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of being processed online. All orders ship via United States Postal Service and currently we ship only to the following countries:
United States (Including U.S. Territories) - Free shipping for orders over $35 ($5 flat rate for orders under $35)

Please allow 3 - 7 days for domestic orders to reach you after shipping.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for international orders to reach you after shipping.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please check out our FAQ Page for next steps.
Damaged Items: Please contact us within 7 days of your order delivery if you have received a damaged item. Send an email to returns@tokyopenshop.com and include your order number and pictures of your issue if possible.
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the consumable nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns on used items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return your unused item and we will provide you with an RMA number. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number. Please note: If your return drops you below the free shipping threshold on your original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
Exchanges are possible in the form of store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to arrange to return your item for store credit.
*GERMAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: The package will not be delivered to the addressee if the contents are above a certain value.
The addressee MAY receive a note from the Postal Service on how and where he/she can pick up the package. The addressee also MAY NOT receive a note from the Postal Service, so we recommend keeping a close eye on your orders tracking information. When he/she collects the package, the addressee must pay the customs duties (ad valorem - amount depends on the items) plus an Import Turnover Tax (19% of the value of the items) and, for some goods, certain excise duties. Tokyo Pen Shop cannot be responsible for packages not collected from customs.
Customs fees or duties may be applied by your country when you receive products from us. Estimation of these costs is difficult, but you may use online tools such as this online duty calculator to investigate possible costs for yourself.
