The Mitsubishi Jetstream is an oil-based ballpoint pen that writes as smoothly as a gel ink pen. The Jetstream Prime 3 includes three colors of Jetstream ink (black, red, and blue) in .5mm ink. You can refill with any tip size and color of your choice.
