The Mitsubishi Jetstream is an oil-based ballpoint pen that writes as smoothly as a gel ink pen. The Jetstream 4+1 includes four colors of Jetstream ink + .5 mm pencil. The 4+1 is available in three sizes of ballpoint ink: .38 mm, .5 mm, and .7 mm. Refills are available and very popular for this pen!
