Pentel Graph Gear 1000 60th Anniversary

Pentel has produced many drafting pencils since releasing its first drafting pencil, the Graph Pencil, in 1965. To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the release of Pentel's drafting pencils in 2025, the company has released three limited edition models of its long-selling products: the Graph 1000 For Pro, Graph Gear 500, and Graph Gear 1000. This limited edition Graph Gear 1000 pencil is unified in black, from the body to the grip, creating a color scheme that will not interfere with delicate work.

The Graph Gear 1000 has a click-top that extends and retracts the writing tip to protect the pipe when stowed. When the writing tip is extended, the pocket clip locks closed to prevent accidentally pocketing your pencil with the tip extended.

The Graph Gear 1000 also has a rotating lead density selector. This helps you keep track of the lead density you've chosen to load in your pencil.
